REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY FOR FASTASSURE

RETURN ELIGIBILITY You are eligible to return your product within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

    • Items marked as final sale or clearance

PROCESSING RETURNS To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@fastassure.click. Include your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return. Once we verify your return request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

REFUND POLICY Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If the return is not approved due to damages or misuse, we may offer store credit or send the product back to you at your expense.
